Would this body kit work on a 1942 GPW rolling chassis? I like the look of the later CJ3A.

It should mount up. The two main differences are this tub has a tailgate and solid windshield frame where the GPW does not have a tailgate and the windshield frame has a bar down the middle. Thanks

I have a 1952 CJ3A, I am repainting and need a passengers seat. There is no tool box to mount the seat frame. Was there any models made without the tool box? M38? Are there any seat frames that would bolt to the floor?
