This is a 7" diameter plate coated on both sides with yellow paint.

It was originally mounted on the grills of vehicles so that the MPs could at a glance identify vehicles weight for bridge crossing purposes.

Comes with 3" alpha numeric stencil kit. Comes with mounting hardware.
