Bought this for my 43 MB as well as the A3825 glove box door. When you remove the small brass screw on the end piece to push the lock assembly through the hole in the door, the first portion with the flat side does not go through the hole and certainly the larger round portion will not go through the hole to allow the ring portion near the key to seat flush against the door = the lock assembly is too big or the whole is too small or something. Does the lock assembly disassemble even more?
