Where do you run the + power to? The switch or the motor?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Power would come from switch.

Does the + battery connection on the wiper motor feed a "position return" feature? I am confused with the motor being fed power from the switch with a low and high wires? And is there a ground wire connection? Thank you

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
I dont believe there is return on them. See link on install wiring instructions thru switch.

Bought this kit last summer - just now getting to put it in (many delays) . Vehicle is a '51 473 PU. Question is: The bracket covers up the heater hose passthrus and the upper right hand (passenger side) mounting hole is over the boot for the original vacuum motor cable, bottom hole, same side, is dead in the center of the heater hose hole - what is the recommendation for this situation? Can't flip it around because the hood won't close then. Thanks Mike Browning

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Send us some photos of your set up so we can help you out and see what all is going on.

I have a 1953 Willys truck that has been converted to 12volt. I want to convert the wipers. What kit do I need to do the complete job including blades?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
This wiper motor will do it. Then you just hook up your old cables to it.

could you send a picture or instructions on how to install the wiper motor on the station wagon? Thank you

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
It goes in the same location as your old vacuum wiper motor and you hook your existing cables up to it like original.

ok so I have a 51 willys truck do I need two of these or does it just take one thank you

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Just 1. You hook your old cables up and you are off and running.

I have a 1963 willy CJ-5 that presently only has a single blade, hand operated driver side wiper. I want to update it with a modern two wiper system, even adding a washer function. I have a 46 4WD pickup. The wiper switch for the original motor is in the center high on the dash and is a cable control. Will this new switch mount in the same hole as the original switch and/or are modifications to the hole required?
