The Army Tech Manual TM 9-1826A, "Ordnance Maintenance Carter Carburetors" covers the YS637S which is essentially the same carb as the YS950S just with a smaller bore and jetting. Used in conjunction with the Carter YS950S Specifications sheet Carter Carburetor Form 4960B dated March 53 and revised March 56 will work out just fine. This data can be found on my web site www.willysmjeeps.com .One word of caution, the TM 9-1826A exerpts I have posted to my web site have an original Army error in the illustration on page 114 showing the metering rod spring on the wrong side of the diaphragm corrected. If you source this manual elsewhere be sure to note the discrepancy.
