What is the dimensions for this part? I am specifically interested in the INSIDE dimensions (the width and depth of the Inside of the "C" section, from flange to flange). Also the the thickness of the material...ie:16 gauge? I hope to cut and use this as a replacement for the front crossmember on a FC150 frame. Thanks.
