Questions: I purchased a set of bumperettes for my 49 CJ3A. Can you advise on where they should be attached to stock bumper. I’m looking for the distance between the bumperettes and the distance from end of bumper. I know that the CJs didn’t come with them but I like the look.

These can be mounted in either position.

They come painted in primer.

CJ-5's never used bumperettes. All CJ's never used bumperettes. A lot of people put them on their rear cross members though.

These were originally used on military Jeeps only. Alot of people put them on their CJ's though because they like the look.
