46 2a gets up to 210 when in overdrive ‘ what radiator would keep,it cooler all aluminum or copper with shroud

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Honestly, they all will do the trick. Brass/Copper would be the best materials but if you are running that hot, i would check other things to get to the root of the problem.

This product does not come with the mounting hardware. The bolts appear to be Metric fine thread. What is the thread size?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Give us a call and we can try to help you.

what is the correct replacement low pressure radiator cap for this radiator? Are there 2 options available like with the oriiginal radiator?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
810391 or 810395

I've done a engine swap in my 46 CJ2A, Will this radiator work to cool a Chevy 350 with an electric fan?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, it should be more than adequate.

what is the size of this radiator? I have one that looks like this in MB. with the tabs on the bottom. I have a shroud on the old one but you say I dont need one? I would like the dimensions to make sure this is the same as mine. Thanks

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
CORE: 13.75 x 19.75 WIDE OVERALL 18-7/8 H x 19-7/8 W No shroud is necessary. They provide plenty of cooling

Does the placement of the petcock get in the way of the travel of the differential housing?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
No, it will not.

How do I attach shroud?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
These do not require a shroud.

Do you have a radiator that would fit m-38 with 225 v-6 jeep motor. The m-38 radiator would be good if the lower hose fitting was on the passenger side instead of the drivers side. Are you able to custom build one? THANKS

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
You may have enough room to use a universal flexible hose to make work. These are a thinner radiator than the original (while still providing more than adequate cooling for a V8 engine).

Do you recommend hounding this aluminum radiator to frame? If so what size wire is required

Willys Tech:
They are originally mounded to the crossmember on the two tabs. This mounds the same. Then you use your original top support rod as well.

The previous owner of my '42 GPW swapped in an unknown year Kaiser Supersonic 4L134 motor. Would this radiator work for that motor?

Willys Tech:
Yes, it should work just fine. The mounting to your crossmember is the main think and I doubt thats been changed.

Is this an in stock item or does it have a delay in shipping from the manufacturer?

Willys Tech:
We stock these.

Do you carry a shroud or how would recommend installing this with a stock engine setup? Thank you. 1946 Cj2a 60054

Willys Tech:
This does not require a shroud for cooling.

Will it work with the L134 factory fan or does it require electric? Is the cap included? Thanks

Willys Tech:
Yes the stock water pump fan will work just fine. It comes with a cap as well.

My 1954?cj3b runs hot no matter what I do. Is changing the radiator a reasonable solution? Engine was rebuilt as part of a complete off frame restore.i even run the heater to help with cooling but on a recent 75 degree day the temp got up to 220 with a speed not exceeding. 30mph . I live in the mountains so roads are up and down.

Willys Tech:
If your radiator is over 60 years old its probabaly not going to cool properly for sure. It will probabaly do the trick and get your temp down.
