Questions: I have a 1952 M38 Fhead converted to 12 Volt with foot push starter. Is this the starter I need to replace the old 24 volt starter with bendix that went out. Will this starter hookup in the same bolt pattern. If not Please let me know which 1 I need.

Yes, this is the proper one for 12 volt for your M38 and will bolt up too. Please see wiring instructions above on key start.
