Yes, it will have the internal wire mesh like original.

Most dont. You have to hose out and degrease and let dry.

I would take your old mesh out of your oil bath air cleaner and hose it out and let it dry in the sun.

Questions: Does the air cleaner include all parts inside the assembly? I understand there is a re-usable screen mesh filter that goes inside the canister, or does it just use the oil bath tray at the bottom to colllect the dirt?

As long as you have the 4 cylinder motor it will be the correct one for you.
