What is the difference between this part and Item # 670381-US ?

Does this floor plan have the knockouts for the clips that hold the rear seat legs? Also, what is the difference between this floor plan and 670381-US? (I noticed this one has the risers and the other does not, but this one costs less. Why?)

Yes, it will have the knock outs for the rear seat frame. This one above will have the riser. The 670381-US has no riser welded on.
