Do we need to provide the core prior to ordering? I am in need of the drivers side but don't see how to add to the cart. Thank you

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
That is typically what people do. Or we can charge you a core fee and send ours. Call us toll free. Happy to help.

I have a ‘63 pickup I bought last year from a farmer, it doesn’t have either of the cable drivers for me to be able to send in as a core. But I do really need to get some, what should I do to solve this problem?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
No problem. Give us a call toll free at 888.648.4923 and we can set you up. Thanks

is there a difference between the driver side and passenger side windshield wiper pivots? I purchased used and do not see a difference . Please advise.

elvis.hood@outlook.com :
The way the cables ride on the pulleys. See the side of the housing. It will have a stamped L or R for the side.

My wiper shafts and pivot assemblies appear to be a little dirty but oscillate quite well for their age. My only apparent problems are frayed cables. Are these cables attached to something inside the assembly housing or are they pass thru ? I hate to spend this much money for rebuilt units. Also is there a core charge so I can recoup most of my cost for rebuilt units?

Willys Tech:
We have rebuild assemblies on the shelf. We need your cores in before we can send ours out. We don't do core fees. They have to be restrung then recrimped on the ends.

Do you carry the chrome wiper studs and rubber gaskets that go under them? I am referring to the left and right chrome studs where the windshield wipers mount on the cowl. Is the rebuilt wiper shaft and pivot what I am calling the wiper studs?? (Item 664817)

Willys Tech:
Those are only available good used. Please call us toll free.

the driver gear that the wiper arm connects to on my truck is striped out. do you sell that little piece, or do I have to buy the hole part?

Willys Tech:
Is is all an assembly. This is what you would need.

I live in Australia and have bought a Willys truck. Could i buy a complete wiper set up with electric conversion without sending in a core because the previous owner removed the original setup and replaced it with some other garbage! Thanks

Willys Tech:
On the electric motor conversions there is no core required. We can also do complete wiper pivot assemblies as well.
