Yes, if you have the 4-134 motor it will be correct for your Willys Truck.

Questions: Do the fingers typically need to be adjusted after installing a new clutch kit? My clutch relaease cable appears to be too long now and I can't take the slack out of it because I run out of thread on the cable since installing the new clutch.

No, these are pre adjusted. You should be approx. 1" of free pedal travel. This is done in the clutch cable.

These are preset to factory spec. Then adjust your free pedal travel to 1 and you should be all set.
