This will not work with a Ford 302 unless the original flywheel from the 4-134 engine is mounted to it which is doubtful.

Most ford V-8 engines in the 60's used a 10" disc with a 1 1/16" 10 spline.

It will only go one way due to the center hub that protrudes on one side away from the flywheel.

Yes it is the direct replacement for the original friction disct used in the 54-64 Willys Truck and Station Wagon with the 6-226.
