Questions: If I buy this brake line kit and the dual master cylinder conversion kit how much additional modifications will be needed to the new brake lines?

You will need to re-run the lines to the kit for sure. Depending on what kit you get it will take some more modification if running disc.

Questions: Does this kit have the axle clamps to hold the lines in place on the differential, if not do you have them listed separately ?

Typically 27x14x9 they will put a swooping hand bend in the long line for shipping purposes that is easy to straighten.

Questions: do the front lines come separate on the 41-42 Steel Brake Lines? also the rubber lines?

They only come in the kit. We do have the steel s-lines and brake hose separate though part numbers: 800953 & A1488

Yes it will have a cloth lining where necessary.
