Questions: how do I confirm what dana front and rear end I have on my 1967 Kaiser Jeepster 6 cylinder auto trans ?

The best way to check is by looking on the pumpkin/housing itself. It is typically stamped on the passenger side. Another way would be, check the wheel bearings; if they have the letters "LM" listed then it is a Dana 27 axle. Thanks

We typically use a 90 weight non synthetic.

Yes as long as you have the Dana 27 front end.

You should have Dana 27 front and Dana 44 rear end. This is the correct one for you you.
