Questions: I purchased a complete seal kit and installed the door seals. The problem is it did not seal the door completely and allowed wind noise. can you tell me the correct thickness for the door seal?

Our kits are the correct thickness seal. You may need to adjust your door.

Sounds like you may have an earlier door set up. Try part number: 664695 it is the same profile seal just smaller in overall dimensions.
