Nobody reproduces 60/40 seats. They are salvage yard only.

Yes, that is correct. CJ-5 used a few different versions on seat frames so you may have to drill to mount, but the frame fits to the body properly.

Questions: I have a 1953 M38A1. The front leg, the one on the right in this picture, looks much to long for me. This leg on my driivers side seat is shorter and mounts on top on the gas tank. Do you have this type of seat?

Questions: Hi Mike, looks like this will fit a 55 Cj5. The 55 Cj5 followed down the M38A1's production line and I have a M38's passenger seat installed which fit perfectly. If I'm correct, what needs to be down to this seat frame or the Cj itself to fit this frame to it? If I've chosen the wrong seat, please let me know which one to order. Tnx, Richard

Yes, this seat frame will fit in the CJ-5 as well. On some you will have to drill to mount.

It should work with some modification. I have had people put them in there CJ-5s.
