Questions: i just bought a 1962 cj 5 and i have started to work on the emergency brake... i noticed whats is missing is the Emergency Brake Lever Retracting Spring.. i have 3 repair books and non show where this gets attached on the braking lever, there is a hole that is between the cable link and the drum.. ok, i would assume that one end of the spring goes there, but i have no idea where the other end goes... i do apprectiate your time.. a picture would be wonderful if available... i do look forward to

It attaches to the lever then runs to a long link rod that pulls it back to the intermediate crossmember behind the transmission.
