It takes this one or if your cleveland style (lock strap and bolt) you have to use part number: 924189.

Questions: Is this a sealed unit? Or does it have a zert so you would need to open knuckle and regrease? The original has no zert or seals. Thanks

This is for your front axle, not the driveshaft. The 8126614S is for your driveshaft.
