Will this seat fit a 74 CJ5? And if so, what frame would go with it?

This is the seat itself. Youll need to use your original brackets underneath.

Can this seat? or do you have a similar seat that can easily be modified to go into 1955 CJ5? Looking for comfort / modern look and I'll need hardware to mount being drivers side is over the gas tank

You could probably use this by cutting down your lower seat frames and mounting it to the lower part of the frame. I have used this style seat in a low back version on my CJ-5 1965.
