The gauges for the MB/GPW are illuminated by dash lights that go on the dash.

Questions: My question is not for a Jeep but I am wanting to run a Jeep gas tank under the pass. seat of my 1930 Ford Model A . I'm looking at part number 640685 for the tank .Is this the part that I need for a sending unit.? I know that this is out of the usual but that's kinda how I work. Thanks for any help you can be with this.

640694 is the part number for the sending unit for the 640685 tank.

Questions: Which 6 bolt fuel sending unit will work with this gauge? This gauge reads full at approx 11 ohm and empty at about 115 ohm.

I will double check the wiring but I do believe it is grounded off the bracket.
