Q: How can I get an update on my order status?

Q: What does NOS mean?
A: New Old Stock. These are factory original parts never installed on a vehicle. The best there is. Once they are gone, they are gone forever. Visit our USA Made and NOS category to see almost 2,000 parts! In addition to that, visit our Ebay Store to find those rare and hard to find parts that are not listed on the site!

Q: How much is international shipping?
A: We only charge actual UPS international shipping rates. Once we have your order, we will contact you prior to shipping to confirm you are ok with their rate. It goes by dimensional weight. The order will not be placed until we have your confirmation.

Q: What is the process for sending in a core to you?
A: Write CORE on the outside of the box. Put your name and a good phone number inside the box. We will call you the same day it arrives. Please package it well.

Q: Do you offer mechanical services?
A: We do fuel pump, carburetor, generator, and starter rebuilds, as well as wiper motor and cable setups on Truck/Station Wagons. If you need anything – please call us Toll Free +1 (888) 648-4923. We'll do our best to point you in the right direction if we can't provide what you need.

Q: Where can I get my engine rebuilt?
A: I would always try to have your engine rebuilt near your location – that way you have a local warranty and know your machine shop, doing the work to build a relationship with them.

A: Visit our Catalog Request Page on the website, put in your address and keep an eye out on your mailbox! International? A catalog can be added to any order or you can download the PDF copy online.

Q: How do I make a Return?
A: All returns must be shipped prepaid and accompanied by an RMA (return materials authorization) number and copy of the purchase receipt. To receive your RMA (return materials authorization) number for the outside of the box, call us at Toll Free 1-888-648-4923. Any return without this number clearly written on the packaging will be refused. COD returns will not be accepted.

Q: How do I create an account?
A: Here is the link to create an account. Make sure to remember your password!

Q: How do I change my password?
A: Once logged in, the default will be on the Account Profile page, just input your current password, and then put in the new password and confirm. Click on Update Details.

Q: I can't remember my password.
A: Click on Forgot Password on the Login Page. Enter your email address and click on Reset Password. Check your email for the confirmation link. Click on the Reset Password button in the email and it will take you to a page to choose a new password. Once chosen click on Save Password.

Q: Can I see my order history?
A: Yes! Just log into your account and click on the Order History Tab while in your account.

Q: I moved. Can I update my Address?
A: Yes! Just log into your account and click on Addresses to edit and address or add a new one. If you have placed an order with an incorrect address email mike@kaiserwillys.com or call toll free at 1-888-648-4923 Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM EST and the guys will be happy to help!
