These may work because the bushings are the same but I have not personally tried.

Questions: It appears that the description of included parts associated with this shackle (Item 928764) is actually applicable to shackle Item # 916646HD?. Are the vehicle applications the same for both.

If you have a M38A1 I would get 928764. If you have a CJ-5 I recommend 916646 part number.
