We never paint them but I suppose you could use some high temp engine paint if you wanted. They are plated.

The exhaust clamps are different depending on vehicle. They are a separate item.

Depending on where they mounted your rear tank you may have clearance issues.

It goes in 2 boxes. They are approx 18 pounds 24x12x8 and the long pipe is 8 pounds 65x8x4

If you have a PTO then they used a different long pipe to accommodate. You'll have to modify the long pipe if you want to keep the PTO off the back of the transfer case. You can call and ask for Mike M. if you have any questions.

The driveshaft for your PTO will go in same spot. You will have to run the exhaust pipe to the outside of the frame rail to work.

If you have a PTO on there then the stock exhaust system has to be modified to fit for clearance or the PTO removed.

Yes, the Jeepster Commando did have that as an option. However you will have to have the exhaust system made there locally for it.

If it is the original starter than the correct 12 volt starters will be: AA4113-12V as an original replacement and A1245-12V as an after market replacement. Both will work. Thanks

The V6 in the Willys used a number of different manifolds so the pipes changed. You will have to make it at a local muffler shop.

Really this will only work for the vehicles listed. I would have your FC exhaust made locally at a good muffler shop is your best bet.

No they clamp together like original. This kit does come with the front pipe to manifold gasket.
