The proper studs for the intake are 632159 and you will need to but two of them.
For the exhaust manifold, the correct part is A564K and you only need one because it is sold as a kit. Thanks

The PCV valve just screws directly into the side of the manifold. The gasket for the larger bowl that fits onto the side cover gasket where the steel line screws in has to be made out of paper gasket material.

Yes you can hook it up off of there. Your local auto parts store will have the proper fitting to hook your vacuum line up to.
