Questions: Do y’all have the exact same product, but with a size 7/16? My fuel line fits a 7/16 and I can’t find another product that will work. If not any suggestions on what to do?

800807 screws directly in to the block. A215C is for your flexible fuel hose to hook up to when you have a pressure style gauge.

Questions: Is this the fitting for the oil pressure gauge, or for the oil pressure supply to the filter or both?

The A-1198-ST is what goes to the back of your oil pressure gauge on a MB/CJ-2A,3A, ect. This would be to your block for your inlet hose to go to from the oil filter.
