Yes, but really on that area I recommend taping and hand painting the Willys logo.

No they typically did not use this stencil on a MB but alot of people put them on it.

Questions: Is this an adhesive stencil so the paint can't bleed under it? If it is adhesive backed, can it be reused? Or do you need a new one each time?

This is a mat stencil. There is no adhesive back so it can be reused.
