My 52 M38A1 was converted to 11" drum brakes in the front. I measured the piston of the wheel cylinder an it measures 1 1/8" I was told that the brakes were a conversion kit from an aftermarket jeep parts store. Would this wheel cylinder possible work for me. And have you ever heard of a kit to convert the brakes from 9" to 11" This appears to be correct with the mounting hole at the top.
