Yes, you can use a dual filament bulb with these.

I'm sure you could make these work. The first thing to know is that these assemblies are not for the 24 volt system. The other thing you may have to modify the back panel to mount them. Thanks

Questions: What triggers the difference between running lights and brake lights? Does the brake cylinder switch handle both features using one wire? And at the taillight, is the other wire for future turn signal with ground provided by chassis ground? Thanks

Your headlight control switch will control this. Yes, it is grounded via the frame.

Yes, I do believe they come with a 12 volt bulb that could be swapped if you need 6 volt.
