Electrically speaking, yes. But they are smaller than the original tail lights for that vehicle.

Yes these will work on both 6 and 12 volt. Just swap the bulb.

Questions: Is this the same as the driver side light but without the tag illumination clear portion on the bottom So it can be used on the driver side?
