I have a RZEPPA shaft with a diameter in the shoulder of Ø 1.223" (average). Will this spindle bushing works if the ID is Ø 1.248" and the clearence is .025"? Do you have oversized bushings? Thanks!

I have 1953 M38A1. Some time ago, I purchased U-Joint style axles (909459, 909460). II have4 a flanged spindle bushing. Is this combination correct?

If you have any clearance issues on the flange you may just have to take some off the lip.

I'm replacing the Bendix joint axels (dana 25) with spicer axels. I understand that the flanged bushing (#649783) is to be used in the spindle. but I also see that the outer axel tube bushing should be replaced as well with the spicer point application. Does this part satisfy both bushing locations? Or is there a different bushing for the outer axel tube?

My stock axles don't seem to fit through these bushings; is it necessary to ream them to fit?

On my 1951 jeep station wagon with a Dana 25 front differential I ruined the bronze bushing while removing the oil seal in the inner end of the axle tube next to the carrier bearing. Is this available?

With a Bendix should we see the flange or if we cannot does that mean its worn and needs replacing? It looks like it did not have a flange?

The original bushing in the spindle does not have the flange. With this bushing, will it allow the axle to come forward through the spindle for the proper distance for the flange and shim?

Your inner lip has most likely worn off. Make sure to full seat this bushing inside the spindle evenly.

I assume this bushing goes into the nuckle housing and supports the axle and u-joint shaft. On mine it has been peened around the edges of the flange,I assume to hold it in. Is this correct?
