Do these accept the original steel fuel lines, it do we have to use rubber fuel lines? Is this the only fuel regulator you gave, I remember seeing a chromed single output regulator before.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
This is an improvement from the chrome ones we used to have. You could run your hard lines or rubber lines with a fitting and be all set. It can do either.

What are the inlet, and outlet thread sizes.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
3/8 line inlet and out.

What fittings connect on the end?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech.:
Depends where your referring to. Please email mike@kaiserwillys.com to help.

Does this fuel pump come 6 volt?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
This is an inline fuel pressure regulator.

Can I attach a fuel pressure gauge to the fuel pressure regulator? If so, which gauge do you recommend? And, do you have one for sale? Thank you.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Please email mike@kaiserwillys.com more vehicle information and we can try to help out.

Mike, Just received my rebuilt carb. that you rebuilt. My jeep idles great, but will not accelerate smoothly, definite hesitation while accelerating and some popping . once i'm up to speed it seems to run better. Do I need a fuel pressure regulator or ? Thanks for your help. Jeff 1961 cj5 f134

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Could be a timing issue or vacuum issue on the motor. Please call me toll free or email mike@kaiserwillys.com to help.

I’ve been told I need a regulator to help my Solex carb. I know they are placed after the fuel pump, but where on the engine are the the regulators mounted?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
There never used one originally. It would just go in line between fuel pump and carb.

Is this fuel pump pressure regulator compatible with ethanol fuels?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, I do believe so. But you always want to run NON-ethanol.

Is pressure regulator installed before or after fuel filter

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Typically you want the fuel filter before the fuel pump and they your regulator after the fuel pump.
