The Acme Clicker was used extensivly as a WW2 clicker by 101st Airborne Division when flying over and landing in Normandy for the D-Day operations in 1944.
This iconic piece of military history is a great glove box item for your Willys. To operate the clicker you hold it in one hand with spring steel upwards against your thumb and give it a firm press.
This originally top secret devise was used to identify friendly US troops behind enemy lines.
