Questions: How do I know what ring and pinion I have . I have the gear exposed but none of the numbers look familiar.

You can email firstname.lastname@example.org your numbers and we can ID for you. Or just count the number of teeth on the ring and number of teeth on the pinion and divide.

Yes it should work fine. You need to make sure you match your front end to it too.
