Questions: Help! I bought this part, 119597B, for my old starter, an MCH-6210. But, I have some problems/questions: First, I’ve managed to cause the unit to be stuck in the extended position, how do I get it back? Second, the set screw to fix the unit to the shaft is partially covered, so I can’t loosen it. How do I get that full exposed so that I can install the unit on the armature shaft? Last, I’d like to install new brushes, I didn’t seem them in the catalog. Do you sell them? (They’re marked as MZ-12) I’ve got the starter completely disassembled, cleaned and painted. I am so close to being able to reassemble! ! ! Thanks for your help!

Questions: Does this Bendix also fit the 1963 230 Tornado? My starter just spins and doesn't engage so I'm thinking it's the Bendix do you agree ? Thanks for your help Dan

As long as your starter motor number matches the item description above you should be all set.
