No, this is only for the flat head 4-cylinder engine. You'll have to make one up for the V6 engine. Thanks

For the M38A1 you will have to make it. Your local Napa does sell preflared steel lines in different lengths you can bend up.

Yes im sure it would work just fine. You may just have to get adapter fittings at your local NAPA.
