Typically no as long as you are still using the original D18 transfer case.

Questions: Item# 937477. Can this dana 18 transfer case be ordered for a v6 225? And is the core required? I do not have a case for the core. That is why I need a full assembly. Also can I order it with the shifter assembly as well?

Questions: Is this a completely rebuilt transfer case? Is there any sort of guarantee? Does this also apply to the T-90 Transmission with 4-134 engine; Item 946109?

yes, that is correct. They are completely rebuild and are for the T90 transmission 4-134 motor. They come with a 1 year warranty. We can also build them for the 6-226 and V6225 motors as well.
