My new synchro plates will not easily fit into the hub, whereas the old ones fit freely. I’m using the original hub. Any suggestions?

is there anyway possible to put these in without removing the trans from the jeep ? stupid question maybe but 2nd just grinds and wont sync so I noticed paws were gone . just put jeep back together and don't want to take back apart if I can help it

You will pretty much need to remove the transmission. Its possible im sure but it would be difficult.

Can you make 1st gear sync?

No T90 transmissions were never syncronized there. You just have to come to a complete stop.

Does first gear in the t 90 syncronized.? If so what is cost?

The T-90 was never syncronized in 1st gear. Only 2nd and 3rd are synchronized. You have to be at a full stop to downshift from 2nd to 1st.
