Hi, i like to order a Parker carburator. But i can^t put it in the chart. Are you sending it to switzerland? Thanks.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
This is a rebuild service which requires you to send in a core. We rebuild your core then send it back to you.

Hello, I have a Jeep Kaiser CJ5 (swiss army origin) I 'm searching for a carburetor. Do you think that this one could fit my jeep motor ? Many thanks in advance for your answer.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Need more vehicle information. Please email mike@kaiserwillys.com year and engine you have in there.

Hello, I'm working on building a CJ-3B engine, F4-134, but it is being placed into a CJ-3A body and frame. I found the measurements of the Carter YF 938 SD carb that came with it but want to change over to a side draft for hood clearance without needing to cut the hood or install a lift kit to the body. I was hoping that there is a known carb that fits the measurements of the carter YF, or of a site that can find one. The bolt pattern doesn't matter because I will be making the elbow to mount the side draft.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
I dont think there is any way to change that over to a side draft. Email mike@kaiserwillys.com to help.

Are you rebuilding my carburetor only? Or, is this a reman? I need a new carb as mine has been rebuilt so many times by PO that I am not confident parts are correct and threads not stripped, and passages may be compromised...

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
We typically rebuild yours but have other options. Email mike@kaiserwillys.com to help.

Hello Mike, I have a 63 cj with carter yf and am wondering if it will automatically adjust when I take it from sea level up to 12,000 ft? Thank you for your assistance. Marc

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
At elevation the best thing to do is run a higher octane fuel.

Hi mike! Nice youtube videos, really helpfull! By any chance do you have any 938 cores? thanks

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
We should. Email mike@kaiserwillys.com to help. Thanks!

Do you have a rebuilt/exchange carb for 67 CJ5 with a 6-225? Any ideas??

Willys Tech:
We can rebuild your old one for you. Please call us toll free and we can help out.

does it come with the bracket that holds the choke cable

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
As long as your core you send us has one then it will. I can usually locate one for you too.

How can I get one without a core, all I have are 2 solexs carbs that id to get away from.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
I can get you a YF core. Please call and ask for Mike M. Happy to help.

I have ' 59 willys . serial # 57548 84155. is this a cj3b or cj5? also it starts and runs for about 30 seconds then quits. any suggestions

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
That would be a CJ-5. It could be a number of things. Vapor lock, condensor getting hot if its old, ect. Email mike@kaiserwillys.com and we can help.

I HAVE A CJ-3B WITH A CARTER YF-938 CARB. WHEN THE JEEP RUNS FOR 20 SECONDS, GAS STARTS SHOOTING OUT THE SMALL TUBE IN THE BARREL OF THE CARBERATOR. THIS FLOODS THE ENGINE AND IT QUITS IMMEDIATLY. WHAT IS WRONG.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Could be a vacuum issue or you are putting out too much fuel pressure. Email mike@kaiserwillys.com and I can try to help out.

Do you sell a rebuild kit for this carb for me to do my own rebuild??? Thanks

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Yes, we sure do. Here is the best kit to order for the YF carbs - #924160-MK. Thanks

I am changing from a Solex Carb to a Carter on a 1957 CJ-5 (F head, 134 cuin.). The Solex has fittings on it to secure the throttle and choke cables and the Carter does not. Is there a separate bracket(s) to hold the cables for the Carter?

Willys Tech:
You should have a upper bracket on your Carter to hold the outer cable in place.

Are you saying that with one of these carbs, after installation, no idle adjustments have to be made because they are tuned already??

Willys Tech:
They are engine tested and tuned. However each engine is different due to timing and elevation differences so it is common to have to do alittle.

I don't have a core to send, I got the engine without it, that's why I'm looking for one. Is there anyway I could get it, even if it cost me more?

Willys Tech:
Please call us toll free.

my carter carb on my f head has a hole in the float is there a kit for that

Willys Tech:
I would do the water test (drain it and see where the bubble are coming out of) then sauder the hole.

I am looking for a new/refurbished Carter YF carb for my CJ6. Can you help with supply. Challenge, I am in South Africa. Will you still freight to me? Would you still want my core?

Willys Tech:
We have to have your old core in first on this. You will need to ship it to us.
