Will these line up with the stock holes on a CJ2A hood?

Willys Tech:
633743 is the one I would use on a CJ-2A. It lines up.

How are these attached to the hood?

Willys Tech:
They use hardware to bolt down in holes in the hood.

Got '48 converted to a M38 Windscreen with wipers on bottom of windscreen...what's the height of this block? Currently blocks are not high enough and wipers hit hood b/f windscreen comes to rest. This after cutting the wiper bolts as flush as I can and still mount wipers.
