does anyone have a rubber cover for the pedal? I found a VW Bug cover that fits the pedal with Part number 113 724 647A

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
Willys never used a rubber cover on this pedal.

Do you have a good drawing of how this goes together by chance? I'm especially interested in where the spring clip is installed and how it goes in place. Thank you for help.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
The treadle spring is at the base of the pedal. We do have a diagram. Email mike@kaiserwillys.com

What is the spring metal for and where does it go?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
It goes at the base of the pedal to put it under tension.

Hello I have a 1944 GPW with a accelerator pedal linkage system that appears to have changed by the previous owner, there was a small 1 inch connector piece between the gas pedal linkage rod and the accelerator rod. When I removed this add on piece the pedal linkage will fit but the pedal is very close to the floor and the carburetor linkage only has enough travel to open 1/2-3/4. Can you tell me what the length of the pedal linkages are supposed to be as I’m troubleshooting what should be a simple design. Thanks in advance

Will the hinge fit a 1953 M37?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
I'm not sure on the M37.

Does this kit come with the spring?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
It comes with everything shown in the photos.

This cushion is listed to fit the CJ 2A, CJ 3A, & CJ 3B however the seat frames have a different size back panel. What is the size of this cushion?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
We custom make the cushions per order to each vehicle. You can put your vehicle information at checkout before ordering or if you don't we will contact you regardless after ordering to get the info on your Willys.

Hi, is this the right one for 4-134 F head, 475 with planar suspension Station Wagon ?

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
646509 is the pedal for you.

Do you sell the complete throttle linkage kit for a CJ2A? When I bought the CJ2 it had a goofy, home-made throttle and linkage that looks very unreliable. I need everything from the floorboard to the carb.

Willys Jeep Parts Tech:
We can build the kit for you and take a discount. Please call us toll free.

Is do i have to get wire from this to engine L-134?? How is the gas pedal connected to the engine?

Willys Tech:
They use mechanical linkage from accelerator pedal to carburetor.

I have a 1952 M38. The rod on the pedal has a ball on both ends. One goes into the pedal and the other end goes into a boot outside the fire wall that attaches to the assembly rod that goes to the carb. I suppose this was home made?

joshua andrle:
I have a 51 M38. Mine is all original, mine also has the double ball and socket joint on the pedal and on the linkage that goes to the carb.
Willys Tech:
Yes that sounds like it.

Ia the linkage thats attached to the pedal supposed to have and bends in it besides the obvious one at the end?

Willys Tech:
Yes that is correct. Just like original.

I see where you have the throttle pedal and first linkage rod however, I already have these parts. Do you have the rest of the mechanical linkage the rest of the way to the carb. I have a 52 MB with 134 F head.

Willys Tech:
There is no such thing as a 52 MB. Please call us toll free. We can help you identify your vehicle and get you rest of the linkage too.

can i buy just the accelatrator peddle

Willys Tech:
No these just come complete.
