Questions: How long are the shovel straps I bought a see on line and they are to short.

The measurements on these straps is:
25" long
15" long
3-1/4" long.

Questions: I just purchased this strap pack. Do you have any drawings on how they get attached and used? Also the side of my M38 had twin holes for 4 footman loops. This kit only has 3. Confused.
