I understand the in-line fuel filter should only go between the gas tank and fuel pump? Please confirm. Also I understand the gas line is quarter inch steel please confirm. I was hoping to purchase the preformed kit for the 134 F head but apparently it only fits the L head. Always with gratitude for your guidance Doug Kirk

I would put it between tank and fuel pump yes. 1/4" fuel line is typical.
