Four questions we have and will appreciate your answers. 1. How do you get inside the door panel to mount the screw to hold the mirror? 2. Can the vent window be opened fully with the mirror installed? 3. Does the mirror mount above the belt line trim strip? 4. How long is the extension arm? Metal or plastic? Found some square plastic repro but they don't adjust far enough on pass side
