The strut is made correctly. You need our part number: 804981 or 918246 for the correct shoes depending on vehicle.

Questions: is the curved piece the same for 10 or 11 inch brakes. watching some on ebay but not sure if fit is the same. thanks

The e-brake lever is different between the two I do believe but will confirm.

Questions: Is the curved rod that mounts to the back of the shoe that the cable hooks to available? I have a 1950 jeep pickup with the timkin rear axle but someone has removed all the hardware for the emergency brake to function.

Questions: it says two required per wheel. isn't it just one per wheel and only in rear, so two per vehicle (rear axle)? also, does beveled end go toward outside or inside of the assembly?
