Questions: I ordered 640694 sending unit. I am restoring a 59 DJ3A. The tank is in the rear and the unit I ordered is not the right one. How long is the arm on #914849? The one I took out is a 6 hole unit. it has a cork float and the arm length is 8 inches from the bend point to the center of the float. Any suggestions?

No sorry, OHMs cant be adjusted. You can adjust the tabs that the arm bottoms out on however to get inside a range and fine tune
