Questions: The intake on the Jeep L226 "Super Hurricane" (project) I'm looking at has a 4 bolt mount for the carb on the intake. Am I missing something? Does this bolt on diagonally? It doesn't look like the linkage would work that way unless the crab body could be twisted.

The 6-226 took either a single barrel YF 2467 or dual barrel WCD carburetor. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us toll free. Ask for Mike M. Happy to help out.

Questions: Being modern carbs, are these less prone to failure secondary to ethanol in the gas? My truck sits a lot and it seems that I'm having to rebuild the carb frequently.
Question By: Bill Massey on Apr 18 2017 11:42 PM
You never want to use fuel with ethanol in it because they absorb moisture. These will run modern fuel though no problem.
