Are these supposed to be interchangeable with the closed style shackle?

What is the measurement from center to center on the shackle?

Are the front leaf springs supposed to have threads for these shackles to thread in to? If they don't have threads, how are the shackles installed in the springs?

Are these interchangeable with the cj2a? If i remember right the truck and wagon shackles are longer giving more lift but i don't know if the diameters are the same. I'm looking for more lift without major revamp of suspension.
