These look like the door panels on my 53 truck which I am sure are original; I think that the change from push button locks occurred in 1951 or 1952 and that all 53 and later wagons, deliveries and trucks used this style. Please verify that these fit the vehicles with door latch handles. Are both sides smooth or are there left and right sides? Are they drilled arount the perimeter for the push through fasteners?

What are the the door panels covered with? Is the color an option?

There is nothing covering the masonite. The color is just the actual color of the masonite which is brown. And lastly, there is no padding between the cover and masonite
